Shipping policy

Order Processing

The standard order processing time can take between 1-3 business days, although we try our best to ship the same day for orders placed Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that some special orders may have longer processing times.

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placement. No orders may be cancelled after 30 minutes.

Please note that once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping address or reroute the package. 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time within the United States is typically 3-10 days. During holidays or limited-edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
