Refund policy

We inspect all VJ Essentials Co. products prior to shipping; therefore, due to the nature of our products refunds and exchanges are not accepted. We will replace products damaged during shipment. To receive a product replacement due to damage please submit a photographic image to vjessentialsco@gmail.com within 7 calendar days from delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
